Grins, Giggles & Chaos!

My little priss fractured her wrist last Thursday evening. Boo! We arrived at the ER (yes, she did it after urgent care closed) at 10:00, and didn't leave until 3am. She fell asleep at 10:30, so I just sat there, watching all the excitement that goes on in the ER. AND it was Friday the 13th- extra excitement! For real, there was some crazy business going on! ;)                                           Any who, today she saw the orthopedic doc. It's for sure a break near her growth plate, but the good news is, it's a clean break! She got a hard cast today. A Barney purple one. I tried to get her to choose red to match all her christmas outfits, but no, she insisted on purple. Oh well!

Landry Cate, you are TWENTY MONTHS old today!  I know I say this every month, but seriously, where did the time go? It seems like just yesterday you were a teeny-tiny-baby! Today, you are my feisty 20 month old! You have the most, hilarious personality. You LOVE to put on a show. The more we watch, the funnier you are. It's hilarious, for sure! You are talking up a storm.....most words we understand, but there are a lot we have no idea what you are saying. ha! You still go to KDO and love it. You have learned so much. I am so happy I decided to enroll you, it's been great. They teach you one sign {language} a month and you seem to catch on pretty fast. You also love your teachers, Ms. Lindsay & Ms. Kristi, and you LOVE all your little friends. Sometimes when I pick you up from KDO, I stand at the door and watch you play, it's my favorite thing to do.  You are starting to play with your big sister more. {when she allows it - ha!} And also, you have been playing with...

{ ok , so I'm a few days behind}  Monday {Jan 10}, Landry was 19 months old. I cannot believe it. Where does the time go? I was going through her newborn photos and came across a photo that was taken minutes after she was born. Man....it seems like it was yesterday I was holding my new daughter. Today, she is a feisty, head-strong, fun, lovable 19 month old, who will be 2 before I know it.   Happy 19 months baby girl! We love you! 

My sweet baby girl turned ONE of June 10th! Boy, time flies! We had her party Sunday in Dallas and it turned out great! It was just a small party with family & friends and she had a blast. Landry is two weeks old today! I can't believe it. Seems like just yesterday I was in the hospital. She had her two week check up today....doing well, growing like a weed. She weighed 9 lbs 7 oz and was 21 3/4 in. She is in the 95th percentile . That's my girl....just like big sister Rylee. :)

Today is induction day! I am so excited but also really nervous. I haven't slept much since Monday and here it is 12:50 am and I really need to be in bed {Note: I have to be at the hospital at 6 am.} Every time I feel that I am ready, I think of something else I need to do. Leave it to me to wait until the LAST minute to get things together. I have no idea what Landry will wear home - I did pack 4 outfits.....hopefully by the time we are released from hospital, I will make a decision. ha! Another thing I have been worrying about is my baby girl, Rylee. I keep wondering how she is going to feel about all these changes to her world this week. She is super excited that she will be a big sister and she knows Landry will be here tomorrow but I wonder, "Does she really know whats going on?" I have so enjoyed the last 4 years with my doodlebug.....how will I ever love another baby the same? Those of you with more than one child, how do you do it? Is it instant? Is it a differen...
